Add flavor to your life with the best Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil

What makes Extra Virgin Olive Oil so special? The “Extra-virgin” label can be applied only to olive oil that is made from pure, cold-pressed olives, whereas regular olive oil is a blend, including both cold-pressed and processed oils. The cold press extraction method ensures that the oil has a forest-green color, a grassy, peppery flavor, and a fruity aroma, as well as preserving intact most of the health benefits of raw materials.

A nice bottle of Italian EVO Oil is always ready in our kitchen: we love adding flavor to any dish with a last-minute drizzle of raw oil. As usual, we are always experimenting with traditional flavors and love to add a special touch to our salads with the Galantino - Basil Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil or add their Chili pepper flavored oil to our pasta.

We also keep a bottle of the Tartufi Le Ife White Truffle flavored EVOO with Sliced Truffles for special occasions: we use it to add a distinctive flavor to simple fried eggs or on a hot toasted bread slice for a gourmet Bruschetta!
