This tasty and delicate soup is prepared with egg pasta, carrots, onion, leeks and celery according to the tradiitonal recipe of the classic "minestra".
Cooking Instructions:Pour the content of the packet into 750 ml (25,36 fl.oz) of cold water. Stir it once in a while until boiling. Then cook the cream for 5 minutes on medium temperature and continuing to stir. To have a great soup we suggest to sprinkle it with some minced chives and grated parmigiano.
